Scheme Events is a Las Vegas wedding design studio as much as a planning firm. Since 2010, no two Scheme weddings have ever looked or felt alike, because the design starts with your story, not a catalog of looks.
We design the whole visual world of your wedding, from the palette and florals to the tablescapes, lighting and ceremony setting, then carry that single vision through every vendor on the day.
What a wedding designer does
A wedding planner makes sure the day works. A wedding designer makes sure it looks and feels like you. We build a design concept with mood boards, a palette and floral direction, then specify every element: linens, tabletop, lounge furniture, lighting, signage and the ceremony backdrop.
Because planning and design live in one studio at Scheme, the design is never compromised by logistics you did not see coming. The person who designed your tablescape is the person making sure it gets built.
How design works with your venue
Every Las Vegas venue comes with its own architecture, and the best design works with it. A Strip ballroom might call for dramatic lighting and height, a desert garden for texture and restraint, a private estate for a warm, lived-in look.
We have designed weddings at the Four Seasons, Caesars Palace, Southern Highlands, Cascata and dozens of other valley venues, so we know what each room can become.
Design as part of planning
Design is included in Scheme's full planning and design service, and partial planning adds design sessions with your planner. Florals and rentals are produced with our preferred Las Vegas studios under our direction, so one vision holds from the first board to the last candle.

What is the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding designer?
A planner manages the logistics: budget, vendors, timeline and the day itself. A designer creates the look and feel: palette, florals, tablescapes, lighting and styling. Scheme does both in one studio, so the design and the logistics are never working against each other.
Do you offer wedding design on its own?
Design is built into our full planning and design service and is available through partial planning. Request a consultation and we will recommend the right fit for your wedding.
Do you handle florals?
We design your floral direction as part of the overall look, then pair you with our preferred Las Vegas floral studios to bring it to life under our direction.
Can you design around our culture or traditions?
Yes. Our portfolio spans South Asian, interfaith, fusion and classic Vegas celebrations, and we design every wedding around the traditions and details that matter to you.
