Full planning and design with Scheme is quoted as a custom proposal based on scope, guest count and venue, within overall celebration budgets that commonly run from the high five figures into six figures. Partial planning starts at $6,000 and day-of management starts at $3,000, both dependent on venue, guest count and wedding date.

How much does a wedding planner cost in Las Vegas?
Day-of management starts at $3,000 and partial planning starts at $6,000, both dependent on venue, guest count and wedding date. Full planning and design is custom quoted, scoped to your venue, guest count and design ambitions.
How do florals fit into your design work?
We design your overall look, palette and floral direction, then pair you with our preferred Las Vegas floral studios to build it. One vision, carried through by partners we trust with our name.
Do you plan multicultural and destination weddings?
Yes. Scheme celebrates all faiths and cultures. Our portfolio spans South Asian, interfaith and fusion celebrations, and we plan destination weddings from Santorini to Cancun.
How far in advance should we book?
Most Scheme couples book 12 to 18 months before their date. Peak spring and fall Saturdays go earliest; reach out as soon as you have a season in mind.
