Some love stories need a horizon. Scheme has planned multi-day destination celebrations on the caldera of Santorini, the beaches of Cancun and the desert of Scottsdale, managing everything from venue selection abroad to guest travel logistics.

How destination planning with Scheme works
We start with the story you want your guests to live: a week on the Aegean, a beach weekend in Mexico, a desert dinner party under the stars. Then we scout venues, negotiate with local vendors, design the celebration and travel with you to run it.
Multi-day itineraries (welcome parties, excursions, recovery brunches) are planned with the same production discipline as the wedding day itself.
Las Vegas as a destination
Half our couples come to us from out of state. If Las Vegas is your destination, you get the rare advantage of a local team with 16 years of venue and vendor relationships, planning your wedding from inside the market.

Where have you planned destination weddings?
Santorini (Greece), Cancun (Mexico) and Scottsdale (Arizona) are in our published portfolio, alongside destination-style celebrations across Southern Nevada.
Do you travel for the wedding itself?
Yes. Your Scheme planner is on the ground for the celebration, running the production schedule with local vendors.
We live out of state. Can you plan our Las Vegas wedding remotely?
That is our specialty. Planning sessions run over video, our online portal keeps everything in one place, and we act as your eyes and hands in Las Vegas between visits.
