You spent a year planning your wedding. Day-of management makes sure you are not working at it. Six weeks out, Scheme takes over the logistics: we build the production schedule, confirm every vendor, review contracts and stress-test the timeline.
On the day, we run the rehearsal, direct vendors and the wedding party, and quietly absorb every surprise so you can be a guest at your own wedding.
What's included
A six-week handoff process, an in-depth production schedule shared with every vendor, contract and logistics review, ceremony rehearsal management, and full on-site coordination from vendor load-in to send-off.
This is management, not a coordinator who appears at noon: by your wedding day we know your plan as well as you do.
When day-of is the right fit
Choose day-of management if your vendors are booked and your vision is set, and what you need is a professional team to execute it. If you would still like help with design or vendor decisions, partial planning adds four working sessions with your planner.
